I don't generally try to look for a business idea; I try to find pain, and I look for pain in myself. I look for what's a problem that I would just like solved?

Go and do the things you already love. Go find an advantage where it's a green field where you can play your own game. I always like the phrase 'zig when others are zagging.' And do your strengths. Do your excellence.

If you want to start a business, look at the whole day that you just lived and say, 'What was annoying about today?'

With feedback, what I've noticed that I've done incorrectly is that I'm not specific ... If I'm giving feedback to someone, be very specific.
