And what I'll say, just for me, personally, I never expected the vaccine to prevent me from becoming infected. What I did hope for—and based on the data, believed was likely—is that the vaccinations would, once I got COVID, would reduce the risk of being hospitalized or having severe complications, including long haul symptoms, even if your initial symptoms are mild.
